Demonstrating exceptional talent, White relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2007 to spearhead the growth initiatives at Hilton Charlotte University Place, setting the stage for his future successes.

In 2010, under the mentorship of Vineet Nayyar, President & COO, Owned Division, White diligently honed his skills and acquired invaluable insights, paving the way for his advancement. From 2010 to 2014, White’s career continued to soar as he assumed pivotal roles as General Manager at various GF properties. His visionary leadership and operational acumen propelled each asset to new heights.
